At Keep On Running, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your stride. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected inside a shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
